For templates we can add a game parameter so you can say game=Conquest and the template can handle the subtle differences. If the differences aren't so suttle we can have separate templates like Template:Weapon Card (Quest) and Template:Weapon Card (Jupiter) and then have Template:Weapon Card use the game parameter to decide which one to use (defaulting to Quest). Of course we could use the game-specific templates directly as well. I'm not familiar with the games other than Quest so if I'm not making sense that could be why.

For articles with the same name, I see two ways to go depending on how different they are. If there's a lot in common and just a couple differences, we can go with one article and move the differences under headings for each game (maybe this makes sense as a template). If there's more different than the same, we can make the name a disambiguation page (like [[Lucky Clover]]) and link to separate game-specific pages (like [[Lucky Clover (concept)]] and [[Lucky Clover (card)]], but games instead of concept/card).

Given those options, I think Quest/Conquest can share templates (because those games are compatible), but Jupiter and Odyssey are not compatible with either Quest/Conquest or each other. So, I'm suggesting we use game-specific templates for Jupiter and Odyssey and your game parameter idea for Quest/Conquest.

I have all of the Jupiter cards scanned and thumbnails ready for upload, but it may not happen soon. When it goes, I'll blast all 220 card thumbnails up at once. Conquest (probably after Jupiter) and Odyssey will have to wait for images.

Sounds good to me! I also found where to make you an admin so did that — it gives you access to upload multiple files so maybe that will help you with the Jupiter uploads: [[Special:MultipleUpload]]

Since the plan is to include Jupiter, Conquest, and Kinderbunnies games in this Wiki, what options or features can be used to avoid name-space collisions between the games? For example, Conquest will be closer to Quest than Jupiter, but there may be subtle differences that aren't handled in the existing Quest templates that may differ with Conquest.

If there's more different than the same, we can make the name a disambiguation page (like Lucky Clover) and link to separate game-specific pages (like Lucky Clover (concept) and Lucky Clover (card), but games instead of concept/card).
